The brand for the new small concept grocery stores from Roche Bros. pays homage to the long family heritage in the industry and neighborhood markets of the past while reveling in a passion for food with an emphasis on local producers and products. As creative director, I worked closely with the client, diving deeply into the brand personality, naming, and relationship to the parent company. This was followed with key brand messages and in-store decor language, logo and full visual brand identity program including signage, advertising, direct mail, menus, banners, point-of-sale displays, seasonal magazine, packaging, shopping bags, uniforms, website, and more. A brand book was produced to ensure tight execution of the brand across all marketing channels and in-store materials for new store openings.
